Wrestlemania 27 taking shape

We have known for a few weeks now that 2011 Royal Rumble winner, Alberto del Rio will challenge Edge for the World Heavyweight Championship. However, after the conclusion of WWE Elimination Chamber last night, the WWE Universe now knows that John Cena will challenge The Miz for the WWE Championship.

It was also revealed on 2/21/11, that the ominous messages referring to the same date were in fact announcing the return of The Undertaker. However, before 'Taker could say anything, Triple H made his long anticipated return as well. While The Game and The Deadman stared each other down, they both glared at the Wrestlemania 27 sign, followed by the iconic "cut throat" sign by Taker and a "suck it" chop by Triple H. 10 years after their meeting at Wrestlemania X-7, will Triple H and Undertaker meet inside the ring again?

Following his unfortunate loss to The Miz, Jerry "The King" Lawler was interviewed by Michael Cole on RAW. After trying to dig out a response from the Hall of Famer, even by saying Lawler let his recently deseased mother down at the EC PPV, Lawler challenged Cole to a match at Wrestlemania 27! Cole would respond by throwing water in King's face and running away through the crowd.

Also, following some taunting from CM Punk, Randy Orton stormed the ring and attacked the leader of the New Nexus. Will these two combustible elements meet at the Grand Daddy of Them All?

The 2/21/11 edition of RAW was full of surprises and may be the single biggest RAW episode on the Road to Wrestlemania

2nd Tough Enough Trainer Announced!

During last nights Elimination Chamber PPV, Booker T announced that none other than the WWE Diva of the Decade, Trish Stratus will join him and Stone Cold Steve Austin on the 2011 reboot of WWE Tough Enough.

2-21-11 Video #2

After seeing tonight's cryptic 2-21-11 video, I am convinced that these videos are announcing the return of the one and only Phenom of the WWE, The Undertaker!
My reasoning for this, right before the video ended and the date was shown on the screen next to the house door, "Ain't No Grave Can Hold My Body Down" was heard. This song was last used in the WWE in anticipation for the Wrestlemania 26 match featuring Shawn Michaels and the The Undertaker. Plus, the last time we saw Taker, he was Buried Alive.

2-21-11

In WWE's most recent cryptic message, the folks at WWE have told us that on 2-21-11, someone is coming. All that can be seen from the video is that this person is walking around in the rain, wearings black boots and a long black leather trench coat.
Many rumors about who this person is have been circulating since the moment the first video was shown on the 1/31/11 edition of RAW. The two leading candidates in my opinion are of course the legendary Undertaker, or possibly the only other superstar who can strike fear into their opponents with their fondness for darkness and evil, Sting.
Keep in mind, that 2-21-11 is the night after the Elimination Chamber PPV.

WWE Tough Enough Returns!!

WWE has just officially announced that on Monday, April 4th, immediately following the first RAW after Wrestlemania 27, WWE Tough Enough will return to the air on the USA Network.

Top 10 Entrance/Ring Attire

A superstars mic skills, personality, and in ring abilities may give an audience a glimpse of who that superstar is, but how they dress finishes everything off.

1. The Undertaker
Cloaked in a floor length black leather duster and black hat, the Undertaker's mind games and intimidation factor begins from the moment he steps foot on any WWE Stage.

2. Ric Flair
Diamond encrusted robes costing hundreds of thousands of dollars a piece have become a trademark of The Nature Boy, showing off just how much he believes in Stylin' and Profilin'

3. Shawn Michaels
HBK is the all around showman, including his various outfits worn over the years. Chaps, vests, tassels, heart shaped sunglasses, etc are just a few items stashed away for the Showstopper.

4. Rey Mysterio
Sporting a traditional lucha libre mask to every match, Rey keeps in touch with his roots, no matter what the match, no matter what the venue.

5. John Morrison
Lavish fur coats, diamond encrusted abs, and fur covered boots show off JoMo's fashion sense no matter who his opponent

6. "The Million Dollar Man" Ted DiBiase
All I can say is, how many other superstars have you seen come to the ring to do battle wearing a customer tuxedo?

7. "Macho Man" Randy Savage
The Macho Man was certainly not afraid of color. Whether on commentary or doing battle inside the ropes, Randy Savage wanted to be noticed. Tassels, cowboy hats, tie-dye, and capes, just to name a few

8. Ultimate Warrior

Much like the Macho Man, The Warrior always brightened an arena. But he took it past just clothing by having face and body paint.

9. Stone Cold Steve Austin
Austin's ring wear was just as simple as his philosophy on wrestling. He didn't need bright colors, robes, coats, hats, masks, etc to get noticed. He let his ring work do the talking. However, as simple as his attire was, it was his trademark.

10. Bret "The Hitman" Hart
Bret Hart made pink cool. Simple as that.
